Now the Democrats have filed a lawsuit to have the Green Party thrown off the presidential ballot in Nevada – all to ensure a Kamala victory.

This is absolutely outrageous. It’s clearly unconstitutional and a direct threat to our democracy. Talk about election interference.

A senior ACLJ legal team has been organized to fight back. We’re taking emergency legal action at the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Green Party to defend the right of EVERY AMERICAN to vote for the candidate of their choice.

We’ve argued and won cases before the U.S. Supreme Court to defend election integrity from the establishment Left’s attempts to subvert the Constitution.
