Governor Tim Walz has presided over the largest rip-off scheme of the century – the Somali fraud scandal.

Billions have been stolen – perhaps as much as $9 billion in federal Medicaid funds in Minnesota alone. Fake daycares, empty autism centers, and sham child "Learing" centers that didn't exist but billed the government anyway.

Billions meant for vulnerable families and seniors vanished while Walz looked the other way for years.

This isn't incompetence. This is betrayal. Taxpayer dollars were hijacked. Public trust was crushed. And the governor's office failed to act. Some of this taxpayer money may have even ended up overseas, possibly aiding terrorists.

Americans demand answers. They demand accountability.

The ACLJ is taking action. We are filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to expose and defeat this "industrial-scale" fraud and make the criminals and corrupt government officials pay for these crimes.
